This is guided by an individualised, flexible, and affirming approach to be useful to you.

Chris is formally trained in a range of therapeutic techniques including:

- Dialectical Behavioural Therapy

- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

- Interpersonal Psychotherapy

- Family Therapy

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

- Mentalization-Based Treatment

Chris has over eight years of experience working in mental health services across a diverse caseload including complex and severe child and youth presentations. These include supporting clients in headspace, as a senior Psychologist with Queensland Health’s Child and Youth Mental Health Services and, most recently, private practice working with adults and adolescents.

In his spare time, Chris is a soccer fan, coffee lover and devoted dog dad to Lucky the beagle.
